It can be so easy to get strung up on the big events of life that are expected to be good: holidays, concerts, parties etc but really taking notice of the small things has, for me, made my overall opinion of happiness much more common-and hey-who doesn't like to be happy?

  3. What a lovely post! Spring makes me happy too, I can't wait for it to come. And also making lists, what could be better?!
    Having long, meaningful conversations with friends make me happy, as well as taking long walks through the countryside.
